Things to know
- Lunch breaks: Tokyo, Hong Kong, Shanghai and Singapore close for lunch. The clock shows them as a gap.
- Gulf markets: the Saudi Exchange trades Sunday to Thursday. Dubai and Abu Dhabi moved to Monday–Friday in 2022.
- Daylight saving: London, Europe, the US and Canada change clocks on different dates, and Sydney changes in the opposite season. Asia, the Gulf, India and South Africa don’t change. The clock converts everything to your zone automatically.
- Extra sessions: some markets have added evening or extended sessions, such as the Korea Exchange’s evening session from September 2026. This page shows the main daytime session.
