How to see every TradingView shortcut

TradingView has many more hotkeys than fit on one cheat sheet, and they change as features are added. To see the complete, current list for your account, press Ctrl + / on Windows or ⌘ + / on Mac while a chart is open. You can also open it from the chart’s main menu under Keyboard shortcuts.

If you can’t remember a shortcut at all, Ctrl + K (⌘ + K on Mac) opens Quick search, which finds drawing tools, chart commands and settings by name.

TradingView shortcuts on Mac

On a Mac, use ⌥ Option wherever Windows uses Alt, and ⌘ Command wherever Windows uses Ctrl. Shift stays the same. Switch the cheat sheet above to Mac to see every key written the Mac way.

The drawing keys save the most time because you use them constantly: Alt + T for a trend line, Alt + H for a horizontal line and Alt + F for a Fib retracement. After that, Alt + A to create an alert and Alt + W to add a symbol to your watchlist remove most trips to the menus.
