Please include the page address and, for data issues, the source you checked. That lets us confirm and fix it quickly.
What to get in touch about
- A wrong or out-of-date fact. Market hours, holidays, release dates, central bank schedules, TradingView plan limits or a calculator result. See how corrections work below.
- A missing or wrong symbol. If the Watchlist Builder is missing a symbol or exports one TradingView won’t accept, send the TradingView symbol (for example
NASDAQ:AAPL) and what you expected. - Bugs. Tell us the page, your browser and device, and what happened. A screenshot helps.
- Feature ideas. Most ChartWatch tools started as a request from a trader. If there’s something TradingView makes hard, tell us.
- Using our widgets or data feed. The economic calendar widget and the calendar JSON feed are free to use with a credit link. Let us know if you need something they don’t cover.
How corrections work
Every report about a fact is checked against the original source: the exchange, central bank, statistics office or TradingView’s own pages. If we got it wrong, we fix the page and update its “last checked” date. If the source itself has changed, we update to match it. We don’t change a fact just because another website says something different; the official source decides. Our approach to sources is explained on the about page.
What we can’t help with
- Trading advice. ChartWatch doesn’t tell anyone what to buy or sell, and we can’t review strategies or trades.
- Your TradingView account. Billing, refunds, data subscriptions and login problems are handled by TradingView’s own support. ChartWatch is independent and can’t access accounts.
- Broker or exchange problems. Please contact the broker or exchange directly.
Replies and privacy
ChartWatch is a small independent site, so replies can take a few days, but every message is read and data corrections get priority. Please don’t send passwords, account numbers or other sensitive personal or financial details by email. How we handle messages and site data is described in our privacy policy, and the rules for using the site are in the terms.
