By accessing or using Chart Watch FZ-LLC (“Chart Watch”, “we”, “our”, “us”) and our services available at chartwatch.tv, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you may not use our services.
Services Provided
Chart Watch FZ-LLC provides downloadable watchlists for various trading platforms. These watchlists are for informational purposes only and do not constitute financial advice.

Content and downloadable watchlists provided by Chart Watch FZ-LLC are for educational and informational purposes only and do not constitute financial, investment, legal, or tax advice. Trading involves substantial risk. Past performance is not indicative of future results. You are solely responsible for your trading decisions.
User Responsibilities
You agree to use our services lawfully and not to engage in any activity that could harm our systems, other users, or violate applicable laws.
Account and Subscription
- To access certain features, you may need to create an account and subscribe.
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
- All subscription fees are billed in advance and are non-refundable.
Auto-Renewal & Billing
Subscriptions renew automatically at the then-current price using your saved payment method. We may update prices with prior notice posted on the site or sent to your account email.
Refunds & Cancellations
Subscriptions bill in advance and renew automatically unless cancelled before the next billing cycle. Due to the nature of digital content, fees are non-refundable except where required by applicable law. You can cancel anytime from your account settings; access remains until the end of the paid period.
Acceptable Use
You will not (a) copy, redistribute, resell, or sublicense downloadable files; (b) scrape or harvest data; (c) interfere with or disrupt the site; (d) use the services for unlawful purposes.
Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use the services.
License
Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to download and use the watchlists for your personal, non-commercial use. All rights not expressly granted are reserved by Chart Watch FZ-LLC.
Intellectual Property
All content, designs, and materials on Chart Watch FZ-LLC are the exclusive property of the company and protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or modify our content without written consent.
Warranty Disclaimer
Services are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Chart Watch FZ-LLC’s total liability for any claims arising out of or relating to the services shall not exceed the amounts you paid to us in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Chart Watch FZ-LLC from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the services or violation of these Terms.
Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access if you violate these terms or engage in harmful activities.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates, as applicable in the Emirate of Ras Al Khaimah and the Ras Al Khaimah Economic Zone (RAKEZ).
