Service Description
Chart Watch provides a paid subscription interface allowing users to filter and download the latest TradingView watchlists. Files are in .txt format and are intended for direct upload into TradingView.
Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and capable of entering into a legally binding agreement to use this Service.
Subscription and Billing
- Plans: We offer monthly and yearly subscription plans. Current pricing is displayed at checkout.
- Billing: Payments are processed securely through our third-party provider ([e.g. Memberful/Stripe]).
- Renewals: Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled prior to the next billing cycle.
- Refunds: All purchases are non-refundable. It is your responsibility to cancel the subscription before renewal.
Use Restrictions
By using Chart Watch, you agree not to:
- Resell or distribute downloaded watchlists
- Reverse-engineer, replicate, or clone our interface
- Use the service for scraping or automated downloads outside of the provided interface
